For funders and donors
Your gift funds the floor.
Every dollar on this page is a published budget line. Nothing here promises a particular child; a gift funds a class, and the Foundation's board directs the grants.
What a gift funds
$100One session — an instructor's hour with ten to fifteen children, priced from the published stipend ($1,600 ÷ 16).
$600The adaptive equipment and sensory tools for one term — or a term's studio time where no studio donates it.
$1,600The full instructor stipend for a sixteen-session term.
$3,000One complete program: stipend, equipment, studio time and administration, for a full term.
NamedA named fund — a studio's, a teacher's, a family's — that underwrites terms year after year and carries the name on every program report.
How the money is handled
- Gifts are made to World Dancing Inc., d/b/a World Dance Foundation, a 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 33-2738731), and are deductible to the extent permitted by law.
- Gifts designated to Dance Without Limits are restricted to the program. If the program cannot proceed, or contributions exceed what it can deploy, the board applies the remainder to programs serving substantially similar charitable purposes.
- The Foundation absorbs payment-processing costs, so the full value of a gift reaches the program.
- Every funded program reports enrolment, attendance and completion; aggregate outcomes are published annually. No identifiable child is ever published without consent.
For foundations and corporate giving
We can provide the determination letter, a program budget, the safeguarding policy, and the two meta-analyses behind the program's evidence base. The World Dance Foundation holds a Candid Platinum transparency seal. Write to info@worlddancefoundation.com or use the contact page.
A note for donors outside the United States. US deductibility requires US taxable income and a US return. The number that matters to every donor, anywhere, is the same: how much of the gift reaches a dance floor.
